Role Overview
As a Client Success Manager – Marketing, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring smooth communication, and driving successful execution of marketing projects and campaigns. The role requires strong coordination skills, strategic understanding, and the ability to bridge the gap between clients and internal creative teams. You will play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction, project flow, and long-term brand relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication and relationship management for multiple clients.
Understand client goals, marketing requirements, and campaign expectations clearly.
Coordinate with creative, content, strategy, and performance teams to ensure timely execution.
Lead client meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and project discussions professionally.
Ensure smooth project management, task tracking, and delivery timelines across campaigns.
Contribute strategic inputs and marketing recommendations during campaign planning.
Maintain strong client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Prepare reports, updates, and performance summaries for clients when required.
Requirements
2–3+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or marketing coordination roles.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and campaign execution processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities while working with cross-functional teams.
Good understanding of branding, content, and performance marketing workflows.
Ability to handle client conversations professionally and confidently.
Prior agency experience is mandatory
