We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, proposal management, and relationship building, preferably in digital services, IT, SaaS, or agency environments.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions in coordination with internal teams
Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies
Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue targets
Track leads, sales pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools
Collaborate with marketing, design, and delivery teams for smooth handovers
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry best practices
3–6 years of experience in business development or sales
Proven track record of closing B2B deals
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience with IT services, digital marketing, web development, or SaaS is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
Experience selling to healthcare, dental, SaaS, or enterprise clients
Exposure to international clients (US, UK, Australia)
Understanding of proposal writing and pricing models
