Role Overview
As a Social Media Marketer, you will manage day-to-day platform execution while ensuring content performance, audience engagement, and brand growth. This role requires a strong understanding of platform behaviour, content trends, and algorithm dynamics, along with the ability to execute consistently and optimize based on insights.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms as per the content calendar.
Execute daily social media operations including posting, optimization, and platform management.
Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions where required.
Track content performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and growth.
Adapt content formats and publishing strategies based on platform trends and algorithm changes.
Coordinate with content, design, and account teams to ensure timely execution.
Support campaign launches, activations, and platform-specific initiatives.
Maintain brand tone, consistency, and quality across all social media activities.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in social media execution or digital marketing.
Good understanding of platform behaviour (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and content formats.
Familiarity with scheduling tools, analytics dashboards, and platform insights.
Basic understanding of social media performance metrics and growth indicators.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with consistent execution.
Agency experience is preferred.
